Mrs. Greenfield talked about the way our brain is functioning. Every experience that we learn is marked in our brain and is an opportunity for new connections. Experiences create enrichement and enable us to make new connections of significance and therefore create meaning. The mind is the individual personalisation of the brain. The human species is the only species that can see one thing in terms of another meaning. In the 21st Century, technology will exert unprecedented influence indirectly and directly upon the brain and the critical issue is not whether, but how, such new experiences will transform the human mind.Susan Greenfield leads the Intitute for the Mind (http://www.futuremind.ox.ac.uk/). She is convinced that the way the new generation is dealing with digital media and virtual reality will have a great influence on their brain development and capacity.Experience Toplecture 23rd of jan.2007 TCH Amsterdam

Ze was verschrikkelijk goed op de afgelopen PINC7. Zie hier:

Zou fantastisch zijn om haar nogeens te hebben in wat meer workshop achtige omgeving.
