I have been lecturing the 10th of May in Copenhagen for Short Cut, a conference for Huse i Danmark and the European Organisation of Cultural houses ENCC. I was pleasantly surprised by the receptiveness of the public and the enthusiasm about our approach to the experience economy. I spoke with Rolf Jensen(Dream Society) and we discussed the state of the experience economy in Denmark. We planned to organise a summit for the Experience Economy,where all pioneers in the field will share their ideas together of how we believe that Xp EC is developing. Also had an very inspiring discussion with Uffe Aelback who is now director of the World Outgames. We discussed a possible role of our Centre to evaluate the games. Also spoke with Bjarne Rasmussen ( Coordinator of Sustainable Zealand Region) and Soren Sorensen about developments in the field of tourism and experience economy. Jis Jensen teaches at the University of Roskilde (experience management) and we will explore ways together how to cooperate and share knowledge. Region Midtjylland) participant in our executive course in Barcelona , succeeded in getting the funds together to raise a Centre for the Experience Economy in his region which will be founded in Aarhuus.
