For the delegates of the APO conference we shared our progression in measuring experiences. For the NBDA I gave a lecture in the old Parlament building, astonishing location, with a beautiful atmosphere and very attentive participants and entrepreneurs.Thursday there were best practice sharing sessions and a key note adress presentation organised in the Suntec exhibtion Centre for Excellent Service Award.Friday we visited Philips design and some very practical applications for the hospitality market and health care industries.
